Qualifications

• 5+ years of ETF management experience in HK/ Mainland China or comparable markets.
• Degree in Finance/Business/Related disciplines; CFA preferred.
• Strong analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ETF portfolio management, including construction, rebalancing and liquidity management.
• Analyze holdings and performance metrics to ensure compliance with mandates and regulations.
• Develop investment strategies, asset allocation and risk management for ETF portfolios.
• Support sales and marketing with market commentary and investment insights.
