Job summary

CCB International (Holdings) Limited is seeking an experienced Institutional Sales professional in Hong Kong to maintain and expand the client base, spanning long-only and hedge funds, with a focus on delivering strategic opportunities and capital markets services.

You will develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, coordinate with research and trading teams, and drive revenue growth through IPOs, placements and underwriting with an international client network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of institutional sales experience with international client base.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with SFC rules and regulations in relation to company business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationship with existing clients, both long-only and hedge funds, and develop new business opportunities with expanding clientele strategically.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company objective.
• IPOs selling with existing pool of clients who actively engage in new issue placement and IPO underwriting.
• Liaise with research and trading teams to provide products and services to clients; facilitate IBD/ECM on capital market transactions.
