Job Description

• Manage deal or non‑deal roadshows as part of the equity syndicate process.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as compliance, finance and legal on daily tasks.
• Coordinate with the middle office of other book runners.
• Compile and review trade documentation.
• Support ECM transactions by coordinating with the ECM team in initial public offerings, secondary listings and private and public placements.
• Engage different working teams in the preparation and execution of IPOs, requests for proposals, equity placements and underwriting commitments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above, majoring in finance or possessing a complementary background in science and engineering.
• At least 5 years of solid transaction experience in ECM.
• Strong institutional and corporate investor client connections for ECM transactions.
• In-depth understanding of banking operations, settlement and clearing processes.
• Strong technical background and good understanding of equity capital markets, industry trends and market events.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong command of English and Chinese (Mandarin).
