• Conduct macro, industry, and competitor analysis and research.
• Execute corporate strategy and business planning projects.
• Initiate, evaluate, and manage business and capital alliance projects.
• Support management of overseas subsidiaries as well as new market entry.
• Monitor business KPIs and performance, manage new business initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations in English and Chinese for regulators, industry associations, headquarters leadership, and internal use.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 8–12 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, strategy, or executive office roles.
• Deep understanding of securities businesses (e.g., IBD, Equities, FICC, Wealth/Asset Management).
