Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above, majoring in finance or a related field.
• At least 5 years of solid transaction experience in ECM.
• In-depth understanding of banking operations, settlement, and clearing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage deal or non-deal roadshows as part of the equity syndicate process.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as compliance, finance, and legal.
• Compile and review trade documentation.

Skills

Strong command of English

Strong command of Chinese (Mandarin)

Strong technical background

Ability to work under pressure

Strong institutional and corporate investor connections

Education
