Huatai International Financial Holdings Company Limited invites a seasoned ECM professional to manage roadshows, coordinate with compliance, finance and legal, and engage with book runners during IPOs and private placements in a dynamic Hong Kong market.

With 5+ years of ECM experience and strong client networks, you will drive cross-border transactions, review trade documentation, and stay ahead of market trends while delivering under pressure in English and Mandarin.

Competenze

• Master’s degree or above, finance-related major or mixed science/engineering background.
• At least 5 years of solid ECM transaction experience.
• Strong institutional/investor client connections for ECM.
• Sound understanding of banking operations, settlement and clearing.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Mansioni

• Manage deal or non-deal roadshows as part of the equity syndicate process.
• Work closely with compliance, finance and legal on daily tasks.
• Coordinate with the middle office of other book runners.
• Compile and review trade documentation.
• Coordinate ECM transactions by supporting IPOs, secondary listings and private/public placements.
• Engage different working teams in IPO preparation, RFPs, equity placements & underwriting commitments.
