Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch is seeking an experienced banker to support origination and execution of ECM and equity-linked transactions. You will build networks with internal stakeholders across coverage, sales/trading and infrastructure, handling client inquiries and driving conversations.

The role requires fluent Mandarin and English, independent thinking, strong communication, and the ability to mentor junior bankers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ECM and equity-linked origination experience.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Ability to mentor and lead junior bankers.
• Strong communication with demanding clients.

Responsibilities

• Support origination and execution of ECM and equity-linked transactions.
• Establish and develop network with internal stakeholders from coverage to sales/trading.
• Handle day-to-day client enquiries and dialogues; drive productive conversations.
• Lead marketing efforts; prepare client presentations and pitches.
• Support all facets of trade execution for ECM and equity-linked transactions.
