Job summary

CCB International (Holdings) Limited in Hong Kong seeks a candidate to execute ECM and equity-linked transactions, supporting the full deal process from pitching to due diligence. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, regulators, and professional parties while advising on valuation, structuring and regulatory aspects.

The role requires 2–3 years in investment banking with a strong focus on equity-linked transactions, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields preferred.
• 2-3 years investment banking experience with deep expertise in equity-linked transactions.
• Strong communication skills with industry experts and customers network.
• Demonstrate high level of motivation and commitment to deliver.
• Understand rules and regulations in relation to equity-linked business.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is necessary, Chinese writing skill preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for execution of ECM and equity-linked transactions.
• Assist in the whole process of ECM transactions, including but not limited to preparing pitching materials, performing due diligence, analyzing market information.
• Establish and manage relationships with clients, professional parties, regulators and other business & support units.
• Provide advice on transactions regarding valuation, structuring, financial, regulatory and business aspects of them.
