Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a senior professional to support origination and execution of ECM and equity-linked transactions in Hong Kong. You will establish dialogues with internal stakeholders, handle client inquiries, and contribute to client presentations and pitches.

The role requires relevant ECM/ equity-linked experience, Mandarin and English fluency, and the ability to mentor junior bankers while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity. A proactive, self-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant ECM and equity-linked products origination experience with deep understanding of the nature of the business
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Ability to mentor and lead junior bankers in team
• Independent thinking and proactive contribution
• Strong communication skills for demanding clients
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity with responsible data use

Responsibilities

• Support origination and execution of ECM and equity-linked transactions
• Establish and develop network with internal stakeholders from coverage to sales/trading to infrastructure support
• Handle day-to-day client inquiries and dialogues, developing skills to drive conversations with clients
• Participate in marketing efforts, leading preparation of client presentations and pitches
• Support all facets of trade execution for ECM and equity-linked transactions
