• Experience executing IB deals in Asia.
• Able to model and perform financial analysis.
• Able to lead workstreams on transactions with some guidance from seniors.
• Strong understanding of client needs and market dynamics across Asia.
• Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask.
• Strong communication skills and able to articulate to clients.

Responsibilities

• Support origination and execution of Investment Banking mandates in Asia.
• Due diligence of clients and markets.
• Modelling and financial analysis.
• Deal documentation and internal approvals.
• Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches.
• Handling day to day client queries on all execution related matters.
