Job summary

Millennium Hong Kong is seeking an experienced professional to lead technology onboarding for its equity investment teams. You will act as the primary technology contact, coordinating across functions to ensure smooth transitions from candidate stage to integration, and to document day-one requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in client-facing relationship management, technical account management, product management or project management.
• Experience with equity investment professionals is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior investment professionals and engineering leaders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology contact and advocate for Equity Portfolio Managers and their analysts in the region.
• Manage end-to-end technology onboarding for new equity teams, from candidate stage to integration.
• Partner with teams to understand day-one requirements and document ongoing technology and AI needs.
• Maintain accurate technology user profiles and clear records of open items, owners and targets.
• Coordinate across Business Management, Operations, Trading and Data to align expectations and delivery.
• Communicate progress and risks through management channels and escalate issues when necessary.
