Job summary

Millennium Hong Kong is seeking an experienced professional to lead technology onboarding for its equity investment teams. You will act as the primary technology contact, coordinating across functions to ensure smooth transitions from candidate stage to integration, and to document day-one requirements.

• Minimum five years in client-facing relationship management, technical account management, product management or project management.
• Experience with equity investment professionals is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior investment professionals and engineering leaders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines.

• Serve as the primary technology contact and advocate for Equity Portfolio Managers and their analysts in the region.
• Manage end-to-end technology onboarding for new equity teams, from candidate stage to integration.
• Partner with teams to understand day-one requirements and document ongoing technology and AI needs.
• Maintain accurate technology user profiles and clear records of open items, owners and targets.
• Coordinate across Business Management, Operations, Trading and Data to align expectations and delivery.

Technology is core to the health and growth of Millennium’s business. The firm’s active, multi-manager model demands flexible, scalable technology and advanced proprietary systems, including the development of next-generation analytical and trading capabilities.

We are seeking an experienced candidate to lead technology onboarding and engagement for our linear equity investment teams. This role is highly cross-functional: success depends on understanding each team's workflow, coordinating delivery across the firm's technology functions, and keeping investment professionals informed and well supported.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary technology contact and advocate for Equity Portfolio Managers and their analysts across the region.
• Manage end-to-end technology onboarding for new equity investment teams, from the candidate stage through their transition into the firm.
• Partner with each team to understand day-one requirements and document ongoing technology and AI needs.
• Maintain accurate technology user profiles and clear records of open items, accountable owners and target completion dates.
• Coordinate across Business Management, Operations, Trading, Data and other functions to align expectations and drive delivery.
• Communicate progress and risks through the appropriate management channels, escalating issues when necessary.

What You Bring

• At least five years of experience in a client-facing relationship management, technical account management, product management or project management role.
• Financial services experience working directly with equity investment professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the credibility to engage effectively with senior investment professionals and engineering leaders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, accountable owners and tight deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of equity investment workflows, including research, portfolio construction and risk management, as well as the technology and tools that support Portfolio Managers.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to translate investment team needs into clear, documented requirements for development teams.
