Nanyang Commercial Bank Ltd. is seeking a capable Operations Support professional in Hong Kong to assist Relationship Managers with daily client interactions, credit line monitoring, and corporate account processing. Fresh graduates are welcome and 1–3 years in corporate banking is a plus.

Key duties include handling KYC/AML documentation, basic transaction processing, and meticulous filing to ensure smooth workflows within the team.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years of corporate/commercial banking experience is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive attitude.
Team player but able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsabilidades

Provide operational support to Relationship Managers in daily client interactions and follow up on routine client inquiries promptly.
Assist Relationship Managers in monitoring credit lines for corporate clients and gather financial data and collateral documents for credit evaluations.
Assist in processing corporate account openings, routine account reviews, and deposit transactions; support KYC and AML compliance documentation.
Assist with basic transaction processing, deal execution support, and meticulous filing of documents; maintain smooth team workflows.
