Job summary

Nanyang Commercial Bank, Limited is seeking a Commercial Customer Services Officer to support Relationship Managers in daily client interactions and to assist in credit line monitoring and KYC/AML processes.

The role includes handling corporate account openings, routine reviews, and deposit transactions, with responsibility for document collection, verification, and meticulous filing to maintain smooth team workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome. 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate/commercial banking is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, responsible, and proactive attitude.
• A good team player but able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Relationship Managers in daily client interactions and follow up on routine client inquiries promptly;
• Assist Relationship Managers in monitoring credit lines for corporate clients and help gather financial data and collateral documents for credit evaluations;
• Assist in processing corporate account openings, routine account reviews, and deposit transactions. Support the team with basic document collection and verification for KYC and AML compliance;
• Assist with basic transaction processing, deal execution support, and meticulous filing of documentations. Perform daily administrative and operational duties to maintain smooth team workflows.
