Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager based in Hong Kong to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client success. You will coordinate with sales and operations, manage onboarding workflows, and act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and drive adoption.

The role focuses on client enablement, go-live readiness, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced fintech environment in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above.
2–4 years experience in customer service or sales support.
Proven experience in managing client communication and escalations.
Strong verbal and written communication in English.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to prepare clients for go-live and onboarding adoption.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to complete KYC, KYB and RFI requirements, resolving blockers.
Support AEs with onboarding, opportunity handovers, implementation readiness, internal coordination, and sales platform updates.
Serve as a key contact for client queries and onboarding issues, coordinating with internal teams to drive timely resolutions.
Act as the liaison between clients, AEs and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment and smooth onboarding.
