Job summary

Airwallex (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an SDR Manager to lead and scale a high-performing SDR team focused on generating and qualifying leads for the Hong Kong SME and Start-up market. You will coach the team, refine demand generation processes, and ensure robust pipeline development.

You will design scalable sales development procedures, collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives, and drive continuous improvement in outreach and conversion metrics in a fast-growing fintech

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales or business development experience, with at least 3 years in direct managerial role leading SDR or outbound teams.
• Strong data-driven approach to coaching and performance optimization.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day SDR operating rhythm, including hiring, onboarding, and ramp plans.
• Monitor pipeline quality and conversion metrics to ensure targets are met.
• Lead, coach, and scale a team of SDRs initiating contact with potential customers through multi-channel outreach.
• Drive team performance to move high-quality leads through the funnel and secure qualified meetings.
• Train SDRs on developing prospect relationships and seamless hand-offs to sales.
• Oversee CRM activity, contact management, and pipeline accuracy for accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine targeting and messaging; partner with AE leaders to optimize handovers.
