Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an accomplished Assistant General Manager - IT to lead enterprise application delivery and digital transformation across the organization. You will oversee ERP/CRM/SaaS initiatives, cloud integrations, and strategic tech governance from Hong Kong.

With ~15 years of IT experience and 5+ years in senior management, you will translate business needs into robust architectures and roadmaps, driving change, vendor negotiations, and cyber security standards across

Qualifications

15 years IT experience with enterprise applications, software delivery and IT operations.
5+ years in a senior management role overseeing multi-disciplinary tech teams and large-scale portfolios.
Proven ERP/CRM/bespoke platforms delivery from inception to post-go-live.
Bachelor's degree; Master's/MBA preferred.
Strong understanding of SaaS integration, APIs, databases, and SDLC.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and lifecycle management for enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, BIM/EDMS) or bespoke software.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, architectures and roadmaps.
Align application strategy with delivery timelines, goals and KPIs.
Drive process optimization, change management and user adoption.
Oversee hybrid/multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and database hosting.
Enforce cybersecurity, data privacy, IAM, and compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR).
Establish BC/DR plans and data backups for critical systems.
Lead vendor selection, RFPs, negotiations with SIs, SaaS providers and software houses.
Manage licensing costs, SLA compliance and vendor delivery quality.
Forecast OpEx/CapEx budgets for enterprise software.
