Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a senior IT manager to lead and implement enterprise IT systems, ensure uptime, and manage budgets within a structured team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science or Information Systems, 5+ years in IT, with hands-on Linux administration, system administration, networking, and familiarity with ELV solutions and telecom regulatory matters.

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant IT experience.
• Experience in system administration and networking.
• Hands-on Linux system administration experience.
• Familiar with telecom regulatory and licensing.

Responsibilities

• To implement and manage various IT systems.
• Coordinate projects across App Dev, Infra, and business units.
• Present project updates and insights directly to senior management.
• Provide operation and maintenance supports.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and security standard compliance.
