Job summary

Ambition in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Lead to plan, implement and optimise enterprise infrastructure and cloud solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure successful project execution, manage timelines, risks, and resources, and prepare comprehensive documentation and reports.

Ideal candidates bring 8-15 years in IT infrastructure, strong cloud, networking, cybersecurity, IAM, backup and DR knowledge, and a track record of end-to-end project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8-15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, systems administration, or IT project delivery.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure including cloud platforms, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, IAM, backup and DR.
• Experience in infrastructure transformation, cloud adoption, or technology modernization initiatives.
• End-to-end project delivery experience from planning to handover.
• Familiarity with architecture, design, evaluation, or roadmapping.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate planning, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise infrastructure and cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure project success.
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and resources.
• Assist in solution evaluation, design reviews, and roadmapping.
• Prepare documentation, proposals, status updates, and reports.
• Support cloud and workplace technology platforms including identity, collaboration, and endpoint management.
• Engage in initiatives covering compute, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams on transformation and modernisation projects.
• Provide guidance and support during implementation, testing, deployment, and handover to operations.
