Qualifications

• Degree or above in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in network infrastructure.
• Experience in business application support.
• Familiarity with MS Dynamics, Power Automate, SAP, POS, Property Management Systems, and AI advantageous.
• Firewall management, PAM (Privileged Access Management), and EDR.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CISSP are a plus.
• Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Defines system/solution architecture for business applications (components, databases, services, integrations).
• Designs, operates, and maintains network and communication infrastructure.
• Installs and configures IT devices (servers, routers, switches, firewalls).
• Provides day-to-day IT support including operations, performance, and system recovery.
• Monitors systems health, performance, batch processing, and support facilities 24/7.
• Designs and implements Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans; leads periodic drills.
• Performs capacity planning and resource sizing based on workload projections and industry trends.
• Provides after-hours and ad-hoc system support.
• Manages vendor services and ensures quality IT support for users.
