Qualifications

2–6 years of experience in internal auditing, risk management, or related field.
Experience with governance arrangements, ICFR readiness, and IPO internal control assessment.

Responsibilities

Conduct risk assessments across governance, operations, regulatory, cybersecurity, IT/digital, and AI-related risks.
Evaluate risk management and control frameworks and deliver actionable recommendations.
Support governance design and management of client programs and stakeholder engagements.
Benchmark and develop practical recommendations to improve processes, controls, and risk management.
Train junior staff and contribute to learning and career development within the practice.
Leverage AI and analytics to generate insights and build AI-driven use cases for risk management.
