Job summary

The Securities and Futures Commission seeks an experienced Senior Manager to establish and lead day-to-day operation of the enterprise Data & AI governance capability. You will translate the governance framework into a practical operating model, embedding accountability across divisions and technology functions to enable secure, responsible data and AI use.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Data Governance, AI Governance, Information Management, Technology Risk, Compliance or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to establish enterprise governance frameworks, operating models, policies and controls.
• Strong knowledge of data ownership, stewardship, data quality, metadata, lineage and lifecycle management.
• Understanding of responsible AI, model and agent governance and generative AI risks.
• Experience applying risk-based governance to AI use cases and ongoing review.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the enterprise Data & AI Governance Framework, policies, standards and operating model.
• Establish clear decision rights, accountability and escalation across the Data & AI lifecycle.
• Embed Data Owner, Data Steward and Data Custodian responsibilities across divisions and technology.
• Lead governance forums and provide reporting, insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Integrate governance requirements into demand management, architecture, procurement, delivery and operations.
