Job summary

KPMG China is seeking a Senior Consultant in Governance, Risk & Compliance Services to lead AI governance initiatives and non-financial risk engagements for major clients. You will advise senior stakeholders on governance, controls and regulatory obligations, shaping strategies and delivery across projects.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, drive cross-border engagements and ensure high-quality client outcomes while applying data analytics and technology-enabled solutions to enhance

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ experience in professional services or management consulting
• Strong knowledge of non-financial risk, governance, internal controls and regulatory compliance
• Experience in AI or AI governance and risk assessments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead Governance, Risk & Compliance engagements advising senior stakeholders on non-financial risk and governance
• Shape and implement AI governance strategies, operating models, policies and control frameworks
• Oversee AI risk assessments, risk classification and remediation programmes
• Apply data analytics and automation to enhance risk sensing and compliance operations
• Translate AI regulation and technology risks into practical recommendations for boards and risk owners
• Develop client relationships and identify growth opportunities in GRC offerings
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure high-quality delivery and development of junior colleagues
