Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analytics, IT, Information System or related major.
• Strong knowledge of business processes, internal controls, and risk frameworks.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver practical, actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive mindset with an interest in adopting technologies in governance, risk and compliance as well as interest in design and development of AI use cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Other language skills are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients across diverse industries to deliver governance, risk and compliance solutions.
• Support and lead engagements in execution and transformation across governance, risk and compliance domains.
• Provide governance design and management support for client programs and stakeholder engagements.
• Develop and apply analytics and AI-driven techniques to uncover insights and improve efficiency.
• Provide benchmarking insights and practical recommendations to improve processes and governance frameworks.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and understand their business and key performance drivers.
• Support innovation and AI deployment in governance, risk and compliance.
