Job summary

Pure Hong Kong is seeking a Head of Client Onboarding to lead end-to-end delivery across institutional and corporate client portfolios in Hong Kong. The role focuses on reducing time-to-revenue for new clients and improving straight-through processing across Cash Management, API connectivity, Trade Finance, and Securities.

Cantonese fluency is required and extensive experience in transaction/ corporate banking is expected.

Qualifications

Over 12+ years in transaction banking or related areas with senior-level implementation delivery experience.
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder integrations.
Strong leadership across multi-product onboarding and delivery.
Proven ability to manage escalation and ensure timely go-live.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project management for client onboarding and implementation across all product areas.
Define and drive the target operating model for implementation (process, governance, roles, delivery).
Act as primary escalation point for implementation risk and go-live timelines.
Improve delivery to reduce onboarding time-to-revenue and increase STP rates.
Lead pre-sales pitching and post-sales implementation as client-facing lead.
Identify and explore new sales opportunities during onboarding to expand platform adoption.
