BTSE is seeking an Account Executive to drive the full sales cycle for its Enterprise Solutions. You will lead discovery, product demonstrations, and negotiations, working closely with SDRs to tailor pitches and close deals.

Your ability to understand client needs and articulate value will be essential to success in a fast-paced fintech environment. The role offers an uncapped commission structure and accelerators for exceeding targets, with a high-impact, high-reward mindset and opportunities

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally within fintech, crypto exchanges, or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting quotas.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders and building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with SDRs to refine pitches and proposals.
• Lead contract negotiations and handoffs to Post-Sales.
• Hit monthly/quarterly targets for deals closed and revenue generated.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and manage lead generation activities.
