Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering delivering secure, scalable, high-performance apps.
• Expert in TS/Node/React/Next.js with full-stack web app experience.
• Strong architecture, microservices, event-driven and API design.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools in production environments.
• Experience designing scalable microservices and GraphQL APIs.
• Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases; Docker and Kubernetes mastery.
• AWS exposure and modern CI/CD pipelines; security-focused coding.
• Excellent business mindset and English communication; leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend and backend engineers; ensure high-quality delivery and best practices.
• Own architecture decisions; conduct code reviews and debug production issues.
• Mentor engineers; provide feedback and pair programming sessions.
• Guide AI-assisted development standards and tooling adoption.
• Plan and deliver features; coordinate with Product, Design, and Business teams.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, security, and automation.
• Improve engineering efficiency and resolve cross-team bottlenecks.
