Leighton Asia is seeking CSA Engineers with experience in Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works and ABWF (Architectural Builders Works & Finishes) to support the successful delivery of large-scale building projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on landmark developments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate and supervise Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) and ABWF works on site to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety performance while ensuring compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
Review construction drawings, shop drawings, technical submissions, method statements, and material approvals.
Manage and coordinate architectural finishes, builder's works, fit-out, façade, and related ABWF activities with subcontractors and consultants.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to resolve technical and site-related issues.
Conduct site inspections and support project planning, reporting, handover, and completion activities.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in CSA construction works.
Proven experience in ABWF (Architectural Builders Works & Finishes), including architectural finishes, fit-out, façade, builder's works, and coordination activities.
Experience on large-scale building, healthcare, commercial, residential, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality control, and site supervision.
Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Experience working with main contractors is highly preferred.
