Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts in the North-East area. You will build strong relationships through regular communication and tailor recruitment solutions to meet business needs.

You will develop account strategies to maximize client satisfaction and revenue, conduct regular reviews, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and growth through cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field.
• Proven experience in account management or client relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet targets.
• Experience in recruitment or staffing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of client accounts with regular communication.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Develop and implement account strategies to maximise client satisfaction and revenue.
• Conduct regular account reviews and provide performance reports.
• Liaise between clients and internal teams for smooth service delivery.
• Proactively expand services within existing accounts and cross-sell recruitment solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and contracts for clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Contribute to team and company sales targets.
