Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an Account Manager to manage key customers' accounts, establish contracts, quotations and pricing, and explore new business opportunities.

You will maintain excellent relationships, assess client needs, and coordinate with operations to meet objectives while traveling for customer visits and trade shows. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply. This role requires 2-3 years in manufacturing or related fields and an engineering degree.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Electronic engineering or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Managing key customers’ accounts with activities such as establishing contracts, quotations and pricing.
• Support and maintain excellent customer relationships and excite them with new business opportunities.
• Assess and understand clients’ project needs and propose manufacturing services and solutions to meet their objectives.
• Involve in the entire product life cycle from prototype to mass production to End-of-Life (EOL).
• Work with operations to resolve any delivery and quality issues.
• Acquiring new customers & business opportunities.
• Traveling involved – Customer visits and attend trade shows.
• To submit weekly & monthly sales report which include sales revenue and sales funnel.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
