Leighton Asia is seeking experienced engineering professionals to join our Hong Kong project teams. We are hiring individuals with strong experience in building services, electrical engineering, MVAC, ELV, and smart systems delivery across large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience for Engineer roles.
• Strong knowledge of MVAC, electrical, ELV, or ESSW systems relevant to the position applied for.
• Experience in testing, commissioning, and project coordination.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with main contractors or major engineering contractors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MVAC, Electrical, or ESSW systems.
• Review technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and engineering documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate project delivery.
• Monitor site progress, construction quality, safety performance, and compliance with statutory regulations and contract specifications.
• Support system integration, troubleshooting, testing, commissioning, and resolution of technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure project milestones, reporting requirements, documentation, and deliverables are completed on schedule.
