Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HVAC / MVAC engineering experience (preferably on sub-contractor side).
• Solid familiarity with local MVAC practices, EMSD Building Energy Code (BEC), and BD/FSD regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM / Revit is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site execution and coordination of HVAC / MVAC installation projects from site setup to handover (sub-contractor perspective).
• Monitor site progress, installation quality, site safety, and execute Testing & Commissioning (T&C) procedures.
• Prepare shop drawings, CSD/CBWD coordination, material submissions, method statements, and handle technical queries.
• Coordinate effectively with Main Contractors, Consultants, and sub-contractors to resolve spatial clashes and site installation issues.
• Manage sub-contractors and site supervisors; assist in progress reporting, measurement, and Variation Orders (VOs).
