The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants is seeking an Associate Manager, Education & Training to push forward professional development initiatives, update curricula, and coordinate CPD events with industry speakers. You will oversee projects from planning to delivery and provide support for committees and learning programs.

• University graduate with at least five years’ relevant working experience.
• Well-organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proactive, team player with positive attitude.
• Experience in online training and social media promotion is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with implementation of professional development strategy and update training curriculum.
• Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation to completion, including scoping, scheduling, and risk management.
• Provide secretarial and administrative support for committees and working groups.
• Coordinate CPD events—liaising with speakers, managing promotion, enrolment and feedback.
• Manage the full learning lifecycle: needs assessment, design, delivery, and measurement.
• Address enquiries and complaints to ensure timely resolution and strong stakeholder relations.
• Compile statistical and financial data/reports to facilitate budgeting and decision-making.
• Assist with policy updates, contract management and other tasks as assigned.
