Job summary

The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants is seeking an Associate Manager (PLD) for Education and Training. The role focuses on developing professional development initiatives, updating curricula, and coordinating CPD events to engage members.

The successful candidate will oversee project planning, learning lifecycle management, and performance measurement while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across committees and external bodies.

Qualifications

• University graduate with proven project management and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Experience in education/training settings is preferred.
• Experience with online training and social media promotion is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation of professional development strategy and training curriculum.
• Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation to completion including scoping, scheduling, and stakeholders.
• Provide secretarial and administrative support for committees and working groups.
• Coordinate CPD events—liaising with speakers, promoting materials, enrolment and feedback.
• Manage learning lifecycle: needs assessment, design, delivery, and measurement.
