Job summary

The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants is seeking an Associate Manager, Education and Training to support policy formulation and implementation under the Practical Experience Framework for the Qualification Programme.

The successful candidate will lead the team, manage Authorized Employer and Authorized Supervisor applications, oversee the online system, budgeting, and reporting, and coordinate with stakeholders in Hong Kong and internationally.

Qualifications

• University graduate with at least six years' relevant working experience
• Ability to deal with different stakeholders, partner organizations in Hong Kong and internationally
• Well-organized, able to work on own initiative and supervise administrative staff
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Plan, review and implement policies and procedures for the Practical Experience Framework
• Lead the team in managing all practical experience matters, including Authorized Employer and Authorized Supervisor applications, authorization visits, annual monitoring, Practical Experience Training Records, and enquiries from students and other stakeholders
• Oversee the development and implementation of the Practical Experience online system
• Support departmental budgeting and the preparation of regular management reports and analyses
• Provide secretariat support to relevant committees and subgroups
• Undertake ad hoc duties and projects as required
