Job summary

Elite-Education in Hong Kong is seeking an Education Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our education and tutor services, coordinating with the counselling team to provide effective and timely education support for our students and parents.

You will lead the full lifecycle of our tutors—recruitment, scheduling, and performance coaching—maintain accurate records, handle parent escalations, and report on tutor supply, coverage, utilization and attrition to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder with operations/administration experience in education consulting, admissions, or tutoring advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin required.
• Experience managing tutors and coordinating schedules is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and manage tutor demand across full-time, part-time, and freelance staff.
• Recruit, screen, onboard, and coach tutors for subject expertise and fit.
• Schedule management, tutor allocation, substitutions, and leave coverage.
