Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Building Services or related engineering field.
• 8–10 years' experience in engineering service operations or maintenance.
• Proven track record in maintenance contract management and field supervision.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with SLA monitoring and contract administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations and manage maintenance contracts for E&M equipment.
• Lead and mentor in-house service engineers and technical teams to ensure safe, efficient field work.
• Monitor service quality, SLA performance, and conduct regular service reviews.
• Plan manpower, maintenance schedules, and emergency response for E&M installations.
• Manage client communication and stakeholder relationships to maintain high service satisfaction.
• Prepare technical quotations, proposals, and support tender submissions.
