Job summary

Alliance E&M Engineering Limited is seeking a site supervisor with a background in Building Services Engineering to oversee project execution and on-site progress in Hong Kong. The role requires coordinating with sub-contractors, clients, and technical staff to assure workmanship meets contract standards.

Candidates should possess a Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Services Engineering and at least 5 years in the trade, including 2 years in supervision of BS installations, with proficiency

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Building Services Engineering Discipline.
• 5 years' experience in trade Industry.
• At least 2 years' experience in the capacity of site supervisor and management of BS Installation.
• Familiar with the use of Auto CAD and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the project execution and management
• Liaise, communicate and coordinate with different parties including sub-contractors for on-site progress and ensure workmanship is according to contract standards
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and technical staff
• Handle other ad-hoc projects/ tasks as assigned
