Job summary

Our client is a Europe-based automated waste collection solution provider with 35 international offices across 20 countries. With 60 years of experience in the industry, they are one of the most innovative players in the industry withover 1,200 installations worldwide.

The Hong Kong entity covers operations in Asia with over 20 years of history and runs over 10 systems for Government buildings, Smart Cities, Healthcare, Airport, and Commercial usage.

About The Role:

• Report to the General Manager and lead a team of 4 staff for Asia project management
• Review and make accommodations to current department workflow and improve effectiveness
• Responsible for planning and monitoring overall project implementation to ensure project quality has met the client standard, in time, and within budget.
• Supervise a team from design, installation, T&C to completion stage, ensure the progress in compliance and safety regulations.
• Assign and adjust the daily work for teammates and conduct their work performance periodically.
• Cooperate closely with clients and subcontractors to solve ad-hoc matters to ensure the project is on track and completed successfully.
• Oversee the onsite work, advise and improve daily work progress, and have investigations regularly.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in E&M, Building Services, Energy, or related discipline.
• 10 years of solid experience in E&M project management of commercial/public transportation / industrial industries.
• Knowledge of ISO is highly preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience can be trained as Assistant Project Manager potentially.
