Job summary

Langham Hospitality Group in Hong Kong is seeking a diligent professional to coordinate, contract administrate, plan and supervise operation & maintenance for E&M building facilities, emergency repairs, and installation works across all stages. You will respond to technical enquiries from Landlord/Tenants and work to resolve problems and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Good writing skills in English and Chinese.
• Degree or higher diploma in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• HVAC operation and maintenance experience of at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, contract administrate, plan and supervise operation & maintenance for E&M building facilities, emergency repair, E&M modification and installation works, plant operation and fitting-out work in all stages.
• Deal with all technical enquiries raised by Landlord/Tenants and resolve all technical problems to promote customer satisfaction.
