Job summary

Pikasa Builders Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation, take-offs, and the preparation of Bills of Quantities for diverse projects. Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, M&E, or Equivalent.
• Construction estimating or finance experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and PDF software for quantity take-off and measurements.
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
• Strong experience in contracts management, claims, and cost control.
• Proficiency in Excel, cost estimation software, and project management tools.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) for projects.
• Assist in preparation of tender documents and procurement processes.
• Support Senior Quantity Surveyor and Contracts Manager in cost submissions, budgeting, and contracts documentation.
• Liaise with colleagues and other departments to obtain information for cost estimation.
• Assist in preparing supplier and subcontractor payment requests.
• Attend site meetings as required.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
