Job summary

Ever Glitz PTE Ltd in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage tendering, cost estimates and commercial documentation. You will review drawings, prepare BOQs, pricing schedules, and cost breakdowns for tender submissions.

You will coordinate with main contractors and consultants, source quotations, monitor cost variations and progress claims, and handle post-contract administration as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specs and contract requirements.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, measurements for project, cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Pre and Post-contract administration and project documentation.
• Prepare pricing schedules, Bills of Quantities, cost breakdowns, tender estimates and all commercial docs for tender submissions.
• Attend tender meetings with internal teams and consultants.
• Coordinate with Main Contractor, Consultants and Clients for tender prep and follow-up.
• Source, obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors, suppliers and service providers including prepare quotation, cost comparison and estimates.
• Monitor project cost, variations and progress claims.
• Perform other Quantity Surveying duties as assigned.
