Job summary

FK Concept in Hong Kong is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support commercial management of interior fit-out projects. The role covers cost planning, tendering, and financial control from initial estimates to final accounts.

You will prepare Bills of Quantities, evaluate variations, negotiate with clients and subcontractors, and assist the project team on contractual matters. Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills are required or preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good planning and organizational abilities.
