Job summary

AESO Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost estimates, bills of quantities, tender processes and project budgeting across fitting out and A&A works.

You will source and compare supplier quotes, manage procurement and budget control, and liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills in English and Chinese are essential.

Qualifications

• Quantity surveying or related discipline at diploma level or above.
• 3-5 years of experience in fitting out, building or A&A projects.
• Accurate measurements and cost calculations.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle cost estimates, bills of quantities, tender process and project budgeting.
• Source and compare supplier/subcontractor quotes to ensure cost efficiency.
• Manage material procurement, sub-letting works and budget control.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare interim payments, valuation of variation works and final accounts.
