Job summary

B.S.C. Interior Contract and Engineering Co Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a sharp Tender Quantity Surveyor to support the QS team.

You will review tender documents, prepare cost estimates and Bills of Quantities, and contribute to tender submissions. Ideal candidates hold a QS degree, have at least 3 years' experience on large projects, and are proficient in MS Office and CostX; fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building Studies is required.
• Experience on sizeable projects is essential.
• Strong organizational and pressure-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, and assist in generating internal tender analysis reports
• Prepare tender submission, including taking off quantities, preparing Bills of Quantities and cost estimation
• Prepare and consolidate cost data for estimate
• Assist in preparation of both Commercial and Technical Submission as stipulated in tender documents

Who You Are

Degree / High diploma holder in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent.

At least 3 years of relevant working experience. Experience in sizeable projects is essential, preferably gained from Consultant and / or Fitting-out Contractor

Self-motivated, highly organized, dependable, and capable of performing under pressure

Strong proficiency in MS Office and CostX software

Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
