Job summary

Ken-Pal (S) Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a detail‑oriented Quantity Surveyor to support pre- and post-tender activities, cost estimation, and cost control on construction projects.

You will prepare Bills of Quantities, manage contract aspects, and help finalize accounts with clients and subcontractors, while bringing strong knowledge of measurement, construction technology, and contract law.

Qualifications

• A Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 1–3 years of HDB project experience preferred.
• Civil/Construction/Structural Engineering specialization preferred.
• Proficiency in Glodon Cubicost is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre- and post-tender quantity surveying scope.
• Manage contract and commercial management aspects.
• Perform quantity take-off and prepare Bills of Quantities.
• Monitor and control construction and production costs.
• Resolve contractual disputes and negotiate effective solutions.
• Finalize project accounts with clients and subcontractors.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
