Job summary

Delken Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner with a C&B focus to manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and C&B projects. The role requires strong numerical skills, PeopleSoft/HR2 knowledge, and compliance with HK ordinances.

You will partner with functional managers to develop talent, provide HR advisory support, and drive HRIS initiatives. Immediate availability is a plus for this busy HR team.

Qualifications

• Degree in human resources management or related discipline.
• At least 6 years of C&B experience, preferably in financial institutions.
• Experience with payroll automation projects is desirable.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft and HR2 is highly appreciated.
• Strong numerical sense, detail oriented and self-motivated.
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related ordinances.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Independent, proactive and collaborative team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly payroll and report to finance team and MPF providers.
• Ensure payroll items incl. stock options, dividends, incentives are compliant.
• Facilitate group insurance, pension, and benefits administration.
• Assist in C&B projects such as budgeting, forecasting and salary reviews.
• HRIS management and support HR system customization/implementation.
• Partner with managers to develop talents and build organization capability.
• Provide HR advisory services to managers and handle employee inquiries.
• Drive special projects and perform ad-hoc tasks to meet objectives.
• Prepare ad-hoc HR analyses and reports when necessary.
