Job summary

Delken Group Limited, a leading property developer in Hong Kong, seeks a Head of Human Resources to lead talent management, recruitment, and development initiatives.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor degree in HRM, bring 15+ years of HR experience with at least 8 years in management, and be fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese). Knowledge of HK Labour Ordinance is essential. The role requires overseeing HR systems, compensation planning, and senior management collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HRM or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years HR experience with 8+ years in managerial roles.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Ordinance is a must.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Experience dealing with Senior Management is preferable.
• Familiar with London Labour Ordinance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for talent management including recruitment, talent acquisition and development, and performance evaluation.
• Design and coordinate various training programs.
• Support development of corporate plans for compensation and benefits.
• Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics.
