Job summary

Delken Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals across our distribution operation. You will partner with leaders to manage recruitment, compensation, employee relations, training, HR systems and daily HR administrative tasks.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least six years of HRBP experience, preferably in multinational settings, with strong communication, coaching, analytical and project management skills,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline.
Minimum 6 years HRBP experience, ideally in multinational org.
Experience in high-volume distribution industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to deliver HR & Admin processes including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, HR system and daily operations.
Provide professional HR advice and coach leaders on HR matters.
Develop and manage employee performance and engagement programs.
Create, implement and manage internal HR policies and procedures.
Drive continuous improvement and best practice sharing in the team and organization.
