AHE Creation Limited in North Point, Hong Kong, seeks an Event Project Assistant to support planning, coordination, and delivery of event management projects in a fast-paced team. You will assist in administrative tasks, drawing preparation, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth project delivery.

The role also covers drafting proposals and decks, liaising with clients and vendors, and maintaining project documentation.

Qualificações

• 2 years of relevant experience in event management and project coordination.
• Advanced experience may lead to project manager role.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with strong deadlines awareness.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the project management team.
• Prepare detailed 2D technical drawings, shop drawings, layout plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
• Assist in coordinating event logistics, including venue booking, catering, equipment rental, transportation, and guest management.
• Support the preparation, writing, and formatting of event proposals, pitching materials, and presentation decks.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Participate in event setup, on-site coordination, and dismantling of event venues as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, records, timelines, and filing systems.
• Support client communication and follow up on project-related matters as assigned.
• Perform other duties as reasonably assigned to support the successful delivery of projects.
